This listing is for a very nice copy of Stage Magazine from February 1938 featuring Joe Grant illustration of Grumpy from Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs on the cover. This magazine is a treasure for all kinds of collectors. First off, it has the distinction of containing a first run movie review of Snow White in which Walt Disney is referred to as "Walter" Disney. For the person interested in theatre history, it is a time capsule of 1930s Broadway activity, and for the NYC lover in particular, there is a beautiful full page poem about skating at Rockefeller Center backed by an illustration in that famous 1930s cream and green color combination. Finally, it is chock full of beautiful 1930s ads for perfume (Chanel, et al), Cars (Cadillac, et al), and travel.
