PICK UP IS AVAILABLE:
Pick up is available at our three different warehouse locations to save you money on shipping. Counter can be picked up at Los Angeles, CA,  Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours to pick up your order at the nearest location to you. Also, please check availability before purchasing at the nearest warehouse location.
FREIGHT:
Counter will be shipped out from the nearest warehouse location to you to save you on shipping cost. Shipping cost will determine the customers ship to address. Please provide us with the following 1-the quantity 2-the color 3- the ship to address 4- commercial or residential 5-assembly or knockdown when requesting a shipping quote.
Counter will be shipped knockdown on one pallet via freight line company on a semi trailer. Products will NOT be delivered inside. Curbside delivery only. Please have assistance to assist you to deliver the products down from the truck and inside your building.
**PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT**
PLEASE CHECK PRODUCTS BEFORE SIGNING BILL OF LADING. PLEASE NOTE CLEARLY ON THE BILL OF LADING FOR ANY DAMAGES AND TAKE PICTURES OF ANY DAMAGED PIECES SO WE CAN CLAIM IT TO THE FREIGHT COMPANY IN ORDER TO REPLACE THEM FOR YOU. PLEASE OPEN EVERY BOX TO CHECK FOR HIDDEN DAMAGES!! PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FOR ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS SO WE SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. YOU MUST HAVE DRIVER TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE DAMAGE. WE WILL NEED A COPY OF THE BILL OF LADING WITH A CLEAR NOTE OF THE DAMAGE WITH THE DRIVERS SIGNATURE.
IF THIS PROCEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED YOU WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT CLAIM WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY ON YOUR OWN. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT WAS NOT NOTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
TRANSIT TIME:
Your order will be shipped out within 2-3 business days from our warehouse. You will be notified after your payment has cleared with a shipping date. We will notify you as soon as your order has shipped and we will provide with the tracking information.  Shipping transit time varies depending on ship to address.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE:
Returns are accepted only if you have received item not as described or if you received product different as you have purchased. Customer must notify us with in 3 days after receiving the item. Item must be in the same condition as received. We will ship out the correct item without any extra fee after we receive the shipped item. These situations rarely occur but we would like to notify our customers just in case this happens.
